Our Ingredients
95% of our ingredients are locally sourced through Alberta farmers. Our high quality spices, jalapeños, and nutritional yeast are sourced through locally owned Calgary based companies.
We believe that humanity needs to get back to eating real food. We do not believe in preservatives, filers, or binders. Our product is all natural and free from dairy, oil, soy, sugar and gluten.
Our queso is made from potatoes, carrots, onions, cashews, nutritional yeast, spices.
The colour comes naturally from the carrots and paprikas, the cheesy flavour from cashews and nutritional yeast, and the consistency comes from cashews and potatoes.
Our Queso
Our queso is sold frozen due to the fact there are no preservatives, simply defrost, heat on the stove, and place remainder in the fridge.
The entire container consists of 320 calories or less, so it is easy to get through within a week.
If you are struggling with the calories, you may also refreeze.
It is a cheese sauce with all the flavour at a fraction of the calories.
A healthy snack you can feel good about eating.
